Meet Our Attorneys

Patrick J. Bagley, Esq. graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising in 1987. Patrick achieved his Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1995. Patrick and his childhood friend, Bob Langan, founded Bagley & Langan P.L.L.C. in 1995. In addition to being an accomplished trial lawyer, Patrick also holds licenses as a Real Estate Broker, Residential Builder, Insurance Producer, and Auto Dealer. He owns and operates Downey’s Potato Chips, The Strathmore Group Real Estate Agency, Bagley Auto Sales Dealership, Bagley Home Corp. Insurance Agency, Bagley Land Holdings Building & Development Corp., and Iron City Gym in Waterford, Michigan.
J. Robert Langan, Esq. graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1991. Afterwards, Bob went on to receive his juris doctorate from Wayne State University Law School in 1995. Bob founded Bagley & Langan P.L.L.C. in 1995 alongside his friend, Patrick Bagley. When he is not busy managing the operations of the firm, Bob focuses on real estate, zoning, planning, and land development.
Steven Hanft, Esq. graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies and he received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While at Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Steven received a Certificate of Merit in Evidence and graduated Cum Laude while in the top 25% of his class. At Bagley & Langan, Steven is primarily focused in No-Fault Litigation, Auto Negligence, Insurance Litigation, Contract Enforcement, and Legal Research.
Roberto Bihar graduated from Madonna University with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Spanish. In 2012, Mr. Bihar graduated cum laude from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During his time as an associate attorney at Karlstrom Cooney, LLP., Roberto managed the firm’s high-volume, court-appointed guardianships, conservatorships, and decedent’s estates docket. In 2014, Mr. Bihar incorporated Roberto A. Bihar, PLLC and became “Of Counsel” at Bagley and Langan, PLLC. Clients can expect thorough legal representation in the areas of criminal law, traffic offenses, license restoration and probate law.
Jaclyn Yousif, Esq. graduated from Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree in business. Afterwards, she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2012. At Bagley and Langan P.L.L.C., Jaclyn concentrates on issues arising from personal injury cases, including researching and writing, legal drafting, and social security disability briefs and appeals.
